Rick de Leeuw (born 10 November 1960 in Haarlem, The Netherlands) is a Dutch author, artist, songwriter and singer, best known for his years as frontman of Dutch-language, Amsterdam-based rock band, Tröckener Kecks (1980-2001). Following the demise of the 'Kecks', De Leeuw performed in theaters with Flemish pianist, Jan Hautekiet. He became an actor, author, novellist, columnist, radio and TV host and what not.
