Roderick Long (b. February 4, 1964) is a professor of philosophy at Auburn University and a libertarian political commentator. He received a B.A. in philosophy from Harvard University and his Ph.D. from Cornell University. Long currently edits the Journal of Libertarian Studies and is a Senior Scholar at the Austrian School Ludwig von Mises Institute, also located at Auburn.
