Bilingual and multi-instrumentalist couple Bethan Mai and Ynyr Morgan Ifan first released music as Rogue Jones in 2014. Their debut album Vu followed in 2015. 2023's Welsh Music Prize winning sophomore album, Dos Bebés, was named for the children they had between starting recording and releasing it.
