Rome Is Not a Town is a four piece post-punk band from Gothenburg, Sweden. Formed in 2014, the band (anchored by members including Kajsa Poidnak, Susanna Brandin, Caroline Kabat, and Emma WƤttring) quickly made a name for themselves with their fuzzy, angular guitars, restless energy, and sharp, unfiltered lyrics. Blending '90s alternative rock, post-punk, and noisy indie attitude, they debuted with the single āStupidā in 2015 and released their acclaimed first full-length It's a Dare in 2017.
