Shallow Water Blackout set up camp as a synth emo/screamo outfit inspired by bands from the 2010’s emo revival in 2020. Established in the Inland Empire by vocalist/keyboardist Remy Stala, guitarist/vocalist Logan Borth, drummer Andy Mohajeri, and bassist Miguel Moran.
