Shroud of the Heretic is an American occult death metal band (with strong doom influences) from Portland, Oregon, formed in 2011 (with activity dating back to around 2009). They craft dark, atmospheric, and crushing death metal rooted in the Incantation-style tradition mixed with doom heaviness.
