The group Sorry Music comes from Zelenograd on the outskirts of Moscow, an area that - to this day - enjoys the lingering, acrid atmosphere of Soviet industry. It’s this peripheral position - not quite being in the capital - that gives the band their particular sound. (Any Soviet suburb that calls itself “Greentown” is probably hiding some grim scenery.
