Choi Seung Hyun (최승현), better known by the stage name T.O.P (formerly Tempo), born November 4, 1987, is one of the two rappers and the oldest member in the South Korean hip-hop/R&B group BIG BANG that debuted in 2006, under YG Entertainment.
