Temple of Tears is Jason Are and Dan Loreck. Temple of Tears was spawned from the tragic suicide of Jason Are's childhood friend who first introduced him to the alternative scene. The band takes its name from a fusion of his favourite track "Temple of Love" by the Sisters of Mercy with Jason's personal favourite "Tears Like Rain" by Covenant.
