The Bear Quartet were an indie rock group from Luleå in northern Sweden. The band was formed in 1989 and split in 2010. They made records at a steady rate from 1992, with their debut album, Penny Century, to 2010 with their final album Monty Python. The Bear Quartet were Mattias Alkberg on vocals and guitar, Jari Haapalainen on guitar, Peter Nuottaniemi on bass guitar, Jejo Perkovic on drums and Carl Olsson on keyboards. Peter and Mattias wrote the lyrics, Mattias, Jari and Carl wrote the music. Read more on Last.fm
