The Modern are an electropop outfit from London, UK, most famous for Jane Falls Down. Chi Tudor-Hart and Nathan Cooper were all in Dirty Blonde beforehand. Emma Cooke, Robert James, and Bob Malkowski were also members of The Modern. Chi Tudor-Hart, Nathan Cooper, and Emma Cooke later formed Matinée Club. Bob Malkowski joined Inertia, Circus of Horrors and Mayhem Deranged.
