Jerry Schroeder is an American composer and sound designer best known for his work on Microsoft’s puzzle game Hexic HD. His music blends ambient textures, downtempo rhythms, and generative sound design, creating meditative and minimalist soundscapes that complement interactive and contemplative experiences. Before establishing the Urbex moniker, Schroeder worked in music and audio production, collaborating with fellow composer Stan LePard on several projects for Microsoft Game Studios.
