Van Kooten & De Bie were a 'stand up comedy' duo (1963 - 1998) from The Netherlands, well known for their weekly reflections on social developments in the Netherlands, broadcast by VPRO Television. Although no longer active as a duo Kees van Kooten and Wim de Bie still write and perform solo. After 1998 they only performed together on sporadic occasions. Read more on Last.fm
