a saxophone player with thick, straight, and warm tone. plays tenor mainly, and also plays alto, soprano, and flute. plays jazz, bossa nova, cuban latin, funk, pops, and rock. he was born in Wakayama, Japan in 1978 and raised in Matsudo, Chiba, Japan. after graduating elementary school he moved to Los Angeles in 1990 with his family. he started playing the clarinet there when he was 13. then he moved to Atlanta GA in 1993. he joined the high school marching band and symphonic band.
