WEST BANK ROBBERS West Bank Robbers is a punkrock band from Oslo, Norway consisting of members from No Torso, Fence and The Phantoms. After playing, releasing records, touring both Norway and the US for a decade members from Fence and No Torso decided to start a band in 2009. No Torso had just broke up and so had Fence.
