GASP! is a band that writes and plays their own songs, openly inspired by hard rock, glam metal and hair metal music that characterized the 80s. Bon Jovi, Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe, Van Halen are just some of the big names that influence the lyrics and melodies of their songs. The members of the group never take themselves too seriously though: on one hand they celebrate the rock they love, on the other they mocking it by taking its style to the extreme.
