neighborhood property (aka runningprsn) is a producer from Canada. She originally started her music career on Bandcamp and SoundCloud under the name "2480" only posting 4 EPs. The 4 EPs only available on Bandcamp (as the SoundCloud account was deleted) are, alt tab, Gene Pool, Music From The Bedroom: Demo Tapes Volume 1, and astrophobia. She quit making music as 2480 and deleted the twitter account associated with 2480 at the end of 2022.
