Tara Vanflower is a musician and vocalist whose music has been described as ambient, experimental, and darkwave. In October 1994 she became vocalist for darkwave outfit Lycia. She married fellow band member Mike Van Portfleet. After two albums, the couple left the band. They formed the Lycium Music record label.
